HEAD CHEF / GRIND / Covent Garden Grind

We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to lead the kitchen in our Covent Garden location. The kitchen at Covent Garden Grind and is busy, fast paced and full of energy. At Grind we serve fresh, seasonal produce within a modern and dynamic menu. Your role as Head Chef would be developing our exciting seasonal menus working alongside our Executive Chef Kyle Boyce, whilst managing your kitchen and helping us roll out the concept across a rapidly growing portfolio of sites

As a Head Chef you should be able to demonstrate a good all round approach to running a fast paced restaurant; ideally we are looking for someone who can keep their cool, have fun and make amazing food, fast and under pressure. If you love working with seasonal produce, have experience with food costing, H&S, managing a team and amazing attention to detail we would love to hear from you!
